Hope Scholars may use their funds to purchase the annual portfolio review and the other offerings available through Dr. Cunningham's Educational Services, LLC. To do so, please visit the Hope Scholarship Website and log in to their payment portal. 

Once there, you will be able to search for Dr. Cunningham's Educational Services, LLC or it may appear as Dr. C's Educational Services as well.

Hope Scholarship forbids the prepayment and reimbursement of services or products. Meaning you cannot pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed from Hope. If you wish to use Hope money for the services of Dr. Cunningham's Educational Services, LLC, you will need to go through the Hope Scholarship Portal.
